We chose this hotel because of its location, price and the fact that it said it had parking. Upon arrival, the desk clerk told us that the parking lot was not safe and he did not advise us parking there. We asked where else we could park, no where. My jeep was loaded because I am traveling from Reno to Alaska. The desk clerk suggested parking out front where there were signs saying towing enforced. He said they never towed. We asked for our money back and he said no. We ended up parking at a hotel down the street and paying for a taxi to and from. We were out $79 for this hotel and another $20 for the taxi. We should have been allowed to leave with a full refund. If the other hotel had not been booked we would have moved.

Everything was nice, no complaint, I recommend it. A coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel television and a writing desk were available in my king room. The employees at the hotel were pleasant.

The room was wonderfully clean, with easy access to the pub below. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a cozy vibe and beautiful views of 'the Chief'.
More soundproofing would enhance comfort for seniors.

The staff is very firndly and helpfull, made our stay really pleasant. The room was fine and roomy, we appreciated the cleanliness and the fridge/microwave. We were also allowed to store a stroller on the ground floor and there was free temporary parking in fron and all night in the back. They also have the famous Chieftain pub next door!

We just finished a lovely stay and were impressed with howvery comfy and tidy our room was. The access to the keyless entry made check-in easy, great to settle in easily. The location is excellent, right above a bar that added a fun ambiance to our vacation.
parking was a bit inconvenient.

It was convenient to downtown Squamish It felt like many of the "budget" hotels we have stayed in while in Europe
The view out of the window was onto the flat roof of the building 2 of the 3 bathroom lights were burned out there were cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling of the bathroom there was a shortage out outlets in the bedroom

Self check-in system frustrating with unclear instructions!!! Bar down below provides more noise than comfort, shaking the room at times. Better bathroom design needed-really hard to find space for personal items!!!

The price was the best in the community and the staff were friendly.
Blinds were damaged and allowed street light in.
